1. In a small pot over medium-high heat, bring milk to a simmer. Turn off heat, whisk in lavender, and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
2. Strain into a clean pot and whisk in sweetener and vanilla. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, until heated through, about 3 minutes.
3. Froth using a frothing wand, or pour half of the milk into a jar with a tight-fitting lid (do not fill jar more than halfway) and shake vigorously to froth, then repeat frothing with second portion. Pour into mugs and top with lavender for garnish.
