  • 1 frozen banana, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 cups unsweetened nondairy milk (almond, oat, rice, or soy)
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 packets Sweet ‘n Low®
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Cocoa nibs, for garnish (optional)


1. To a blender add banana and spinach, then pour milk over them. Add cocoa powder, peanut butter powder, chia seeds, Sweet ‘n Low®, and vanilla. Blend on high speed until smooth.

2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with cocoa nibs, if desired.
