In a blender, mix peaches, water, lime juice, Sweet’N Low, and mint. Pour into an 8 ounce tumbler or glass. Using a fine mesh strainer and a spoon, crush the raspberries through the strainer, capturing juice in a container below. Gently pour juice to float on top of the drink. Garnish with fresh mint and additional fresh raspberries.
Note: For a pretty in pink mocktail, the raspberry can be blended right into the drink rather than drizzled on top.
