  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2oz sugar-free white chocolate, plus additional shavings for garnish
  • ¼ cup brewed espresso or 1⁄2 cup brewed dark coffee
  • 2 packets Sweet’N Low®
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • Sugar-free whipped topping (optional)


1. In a small pot over medium-low heat, bring milk to a simmer. Add chocolate, whisking continuously until melted. Add espresso, sweetener, and vanilla, stirring frequently until hot, about 3 minutes.

2. Pour into mugs and top with whipped topping and chocolate shavings, as desired.
