1. In a small saucepan, combine water, Sweet’N Low®, and rosemary. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover, and steep for 15 minutes, then strain.
1. To a cocktail shaker ⅔ full of ice add gin, blood orange juice, rosemary syrup, and lime juice. Shake vigorously until well chilled, about 12 seconds.
2. Strain into chilled coupe glasses. Garnish with blood orange wheels.
