Ingredients

For the Rosemary Syrup:

  • 1 cup water
  • 8 packets Sweet’N Low®
  • 4 rosemary sprigs

To serve:

  • 4oz gin
  • 4oz fresh blood orange juice
  • 3oz rosemary syrup
  • 1oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 thinly sliced blood orange wheels or 2 dehydrated blood orange wheels

Preparation

For the Rosemary Syrup:

1. In a small saucepan, combine water, Sweet’N Low®, and rosemary. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover, and steep for 15 minutes, then strain.

To serve:

1. To a cocktail shaker ⅔ full of ice add gin, blood orange juice, rosemary syrup, and lime juice. Shake vigorously until well chilled, about 12 seconds.

2. Strain into chilled coupe glasses. Garnish with blood orange wheels.
