1. In a blender combine strawberries, lemon juice, Sweet’N Low®, and basil leaves. Blend on high speed until very smooth.
2. Pour mixture into 3oz popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze until solid, 8 hours or overnight.
3. To unmold, dip popsicle molds in cool water to the very top of the mold until popsicle pulls out. Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan and freeze to set, about 10 minutes. Serve or keep frozen for up to 1 month.
