In a medium saucepan, combine cornstarch and sugar. Stir in milk and egg substitute. Cook and stir over low heat for 6 - 8 minutes, or until mixture coats a metal spoon. Remove from heat. Add chocolate syrup and cool. Stir in vanilla and yogurt. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
