Ingredients

  • 1 (6-ounce) container low-fat (2 percent) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 2 packets Sweet'N Low® zero calorie sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry Sauce
  • 4 mint sprigs, optional, for garnish

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream, Sweet’N Low® zero calorie sweetener, and vanilla. This can be done up to 24 hours ahead.

Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cream mixture into the bottom of 4 parfait glasses, champagne flutes, or wine glasses. Divide the berries among the four glasses. Top each with one-fourth of the remaining cream. Spoon 2 tablespoons Raspberry Sauce over the cream. If desired, garnish each parfait with a mint sprig.
