1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C
2. Brush tortillas with butter
3. Combine cinnamon and Sweet'N Low, and sprinkle evenly on both sides of tortillas.
4. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges and place them on baking sheet.
5. Bake for 8 minutes.
6. Combine frozen yoghurt and syrup in 4 bowls, and top with tortilla wedges and chopped pecans. Garnish with mint sprigs, (optional).
